Dear Anonymous Angel,

Coping in the real world can be done by learning tobalance the spiritual and physical world. There are many things offered to usin the physical and having a good outlook and seeing the benefit of this worldis key to grounding yourself in it. To explain with more depth, when we findthings we love to experience on this planet, then it becomes a place for us toconsciously ground and be present in this reality. Know that your past lifeexperiences are still occurring and happening within you and also in their owndimensions and parallel worlds. Try to see it this way, it’s not as if you’veleft them but more like you are deciding to be conscious and awake for thiscurrent journey you are part-taking in.

Here are a few keys that you might find helpful toground yourself:

Set the intention to ground and if the sadness comesgive it to Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to heal and transmute intojoy for you. It's a celebration for you to be grounded!!! That way you are ableto help others with your Divine Light!

Find and participate in activities that you enjoy:walking, spending time in nature, dancing, yoga, spending time with friendsand/or doing earthly things like going to see a film, playing a sport.

Eat grounding foods; foods that “root” you like:potatoes, yams, beans, zucchini, kale, brown rice and whatever else your guidesmight suggest. If you hear or crave chocolate or caffeine don’t be surprised,those are foods that bring us down to earth. But only eat foods you arecomfortable with eating. These foodswill nurture you and also give you a since of balance on this plane.  

Lastly, if the sadness is still occurring even aftergiving it over to AA Raphael and AA Michael and after you've gone out to enjoyearthly things, then it is time to go into that sadness and ask it why it isthere? It will tell you the reason and then you can heal it by listening to itand comforting it as if it was a child and you are its parent. That should infact transform the energy. Sometimes things are present for acknowledgement andonce we acknowledge it and get to the truth the energy can move forward.

Now, the Angels are telling me that you are goingthrough a transitional phase (learning all of your gifts and how to use them).With this phase it is hard to ground because everything is so intense and sonew. If you have had this sensitivity before, this time around it’s amplifiedso that you can learn and become a professional in the technique (Feel free todefine professional for yourself, I am using it here to just say that you willbe well versed in understanding and activating your psychic gifts). It can beharder during this phase to enjoy physical world activities, like shopping,seeing a movie or going to places with lots of people which equals to you; lotsof energy that you can feel, hear, know, or see - an overwhelming experienceduring this phase! So, take it easy and be gentle with yourself. Decide if youfeel up to having the experience and honor your feelings once you show up tothe event. It will change for the better soon enough. Also, shielding yourenergy will be helpful, knowing that you can keep your energy as your own.

The Angels would like to ask you to practice turningyour gifts up and down. It can be a fun game!!! Learning that you have completecontrol and are the controller of how amplified the experience is. Try this byimaging that the energy has a dial, turn it up and turn it down. Ask the Angelsto also assist you in this process. They say that they can help you createother tools and ideas for this. Also,know that you have the power to know things without having to feel them sointensely. It’s about what is best for you and works for you!

So, for our readers here is the question I posed to theAngels given from our dear Anonymous Angel: How should we ground our energy into the physical plane so that it would benefit our experience here themost?

• Archangel Chamuel says that seeingand knowing peace inside you will help. Having peace and knowing that love isall that is available to you will allow you to feel safe enough to be here andpresent. So, activate a peaceful knowing inside yourself and love yourexistence on the earth. This will keep you grounded! Think Peace and Love andyou will attract it!

• Archangel Raguel says that theAngels will send each of us messages and divine guidance through our recurringphysical and emotional feelings on how to ground our energy and that we shouldacknowledge these messages. Follow through with the guidance and know that theAngels are by your side guiding you along especially at these times. If youhave any questions, the Angels are available, just ask. They want to work witheach of you individually so that you may be inspired by your Angels on how tocreativity ground yourself. They say they want to let go of specific waysbecause each of us will find a perfect way to ground that suits us personally.Of course there are general ways and ways that have been passed down but theAngels want to give us new ways too! Plus, they would like us to connect withthem more and use our individual intuitive connection.

• Lastly, Archangel Michael says toset clear intentions. Decide what you want! Intend to ground yourself so thatyou enjoy your earthly experience. Andyou’ve got it! The power of word and intention is the key here. We are movinginto a time where you, the individual has the power to create. This magicalresponsibility is important to realize. Learn that you can will it. The Angelare near by to assist as you navigate through this experience.

Overall, it seems you are self-responsible through thisprocess of grounding and the Angels want each person to learn by connectingwith the Angels, our guides and higher selves. The Angels want us to start tolearn to take ownership of our experiences and the intentions carried. – This isimportant for the future. We already have the capabilities we are justreactivating them. This is a bigger answer to the questioned posed. But, I amthankful to be delivering this message of importance and I am thankful to beapart in your journey of self-discovery and connection with the Angels.

Last, I will share the way I became grounded again andwas able to interact with earthly events. For me personally, I missed beinggrounded and doing earthly things so I intended to bring my physical plane lifeback in unison with my spiritual. It began slowly but it happened becausespirit always listens to our intentions. And now, I activate each when they areappropriate. However, if there is something the Angels need me to know they getthrough no matter what! Then, it is up to me listen and act on their guidance.

This is 3-hour workshop dedicated to helping individuals define and set goals for their dreams to manifest by using such tools as Creativity, Meditation, Writing, and Yoga. In this workshop you will be given the tools to help manifest your vision clearly. The workshop will close with a special ceremony to share your vision with others and collect support in manifesting your dreams.

This Workshop Includes

Guided Meditation: Milan will lead you on a journey with the Angels to unlock your dreams and visions highest potential. Thus, aligning your mind, body and spirit to help better define and bring clarity to your manifesting goals.
Writing Exercise: Using the power of intentional writing will allow you to declare what it is you are manifesting by creating clear intentions and also allows an opportunity to release anything you are ready to let go (patterns, habits or blocks).
Yoga Exercise: Participation in a Kundalini Yoga activity to remove any creative blocks, thus aligning your mind, body and spirit with your vision and creating a magnetizing energy field.
Vision Board Explanation: Examples and instructions will be given.

Part 1: Release

Many of you have experienced the symptoms of ascension - digestive issues, adrenal adjustments, extreme colds or regulations, facing "problematic' situations over and over again until the lesson has been learned, bringing of past to the present, visions, psychic awakenings, empathy increased, change after change, and many more. Bless you for you have done the work not only for you but for others on this planet. Many of you carried the weight and the torch of change for your sisters and brothers and even your Mother Earth, Gaia. Some experiences were not specially yours but an opportunity to be a part of healing a large number of others who were experiencing that of which you decided to carry to heal. Since we are all one, you understand this and honor it. It is a reflection of our deep love for each other separate and together.

Now, lets talk about the New Year! We are all so excited to have this time come to pass! We have been rooting and supporting you for many decades as this was a long process. Hooray! It is time to celebrate! This year will be very different from those of the past. You will find, if you have not already, that old experiences and patterns mend and really new beginnings begin to appear. If you have been seeing visions or receiving guidance about your future then expect to start experiencing some of those glimpses.

In these next couple of weeks remember to continue to connect with us and ask for guidance. We are always here to assist you, it is one of our ways of loving you. Talk to us and tell us your dreams for the future and what you'd like to have in your life. What is important to you? How would you like to live? What do you feel your purpose is for Humanity? If you are unsure ask us to help you, to show you signs and lead you on your way.

This year should be filled with FUN, Love, Joy, and Grace. These are your four magical words this year. Anytime you feel like things aren't taking the direction you would have chosen remember these words, they are your intentions for this year. Everything you experience shall lead you to these emotions in one way or another. The Divine is right there with you, guiding you, answering your prayers and providing you with all that is in your highest good!

Experience Joy in your life, everyday this year. It may not be all day but a good dose is all you need! Life is simple, you create it, you want the challenge to change, and you want the luxury to enjoy your fruitful journey.

Enjoy 2012! Journal, connect with spirit, continue follow your heart and do what is best for you. We will all begin to find our Divine placements here on Earth...where we are really meant to be, who we are suppose to connect with to create our legacy on the planet for this new energy that is abundant to us!

Journey - Egypt 11.11.11

I am back from Egypt! I am so excited to share with you my travels. I had a wonderful magical time and made many friends all over the world that I now affectionately call my soul family. We saw many things together and to our delight had several private viewings of temples and pyramids and we were able to spent time meditating in them. Sometimes we woke up before dawn to have private access but it was worth it. Plus, hearing the morning chants, roosters crow and watching the sunrise added to the mystic of the trip.

On 11.11.11 we were scheduled to enter The Great Pyramid and at the last minute were told that neither we nor any other spiritual group were allowed to enter on that day. This was in result from a Masonic groups claim to commit suicide and perform rituals on that day in the Pyramid. Who knows if this was true or not? The important thing to remember is that absolutely nothing is left up to chance or done by accident. All things have there reasons, natural flow, and deeper meanings. Perhaps the Pyramid needed to be empty to generate the right amount of energy for that day? Maybe it needed each spiritual group to be beckons of lights all over the city and in other counties in order to have the energy dispersed properly?

Nonetheless, our group unaffected by this detour decided to meditate at 11am for 11minutes on 11.11.11 for peace and love on this planet (I thought of each and every one of you). We meditated on the rooftop of a restaurant with a direct view of the Pyramids and then enjoyed a delicious lunch. I stayed attentive to the signs our Great Mother Earth and the Angels showed us in those moments on the rooftop. A rooster crow, prayer chants, and a formation of 9 birds flying, we were all connected indeed.

The next day we were the first and only spiritual group allowed to enter The Great Pyramid. We chanted, meditated and connected inside. It was glorious and something I will always remember. And of course I thought of each and everyone of you again. I hope you felt it!

Egypt was a healing trip for me, the activation, the initiations, the people, the peace, the vibration of the land. I know it was Egypt and it was this group experience that allowed me heal completely. As the days went on in Egypt I began to feel lightness in my stomach and heart. A flow of energy that used to be present before and now it was finally back. The love I had for life began to pour out and overflow in to every thing I interacted with. I began to feel me again and the fog I was carrying for such a long time had been lifted. I was and I am free! - And I know this.

Each temple visited had its own distinct energy field and there were only a few that were hard for me to enter. Anyhow, I showed up and what ever the karma or issue I was experiencing relieved it self by my willingness to face it.

There are so many highlights on this trip. The whole trip was a highlight! We continued to journey on a cruise along the Nile, visited more temples, ate delicious food and enjoyed the tourist festivities as well.

I don’t think I would have enjoyed this trip as much if I had not been with the group I was with or under the guidance of Patricia and her team. Being on Patricia Cori's journey was phenomenal! She is a warm-hearted, down to earth, loving, humorous and a powerful person. Everyone was wonderful and I will always feel a deep connection.

This connection is so deep that when I arrived back home I felt empty. I wasn’t ready to be back in this space. I had reverse culture shock. One day I will be back to visit Egypt but until then I have my soul family around the world and you, my community with whom I love and cherish and enjoy sharing these deep moments with.
